Podiatrist Changes His Records

A podiatrist claimed that regardless of his treatment, a women's injuries where caused by the accident she had the night before his treatment.

After Sullivan & Brill was able to persuade a judge that the podiatrist likely changed his records after he was sued, the podiatrist and his insurance company agreed to pay $375,000 to the women whose ankle fracture was not diagnosed by the podiatrist.
